Payment Guidelines
- Weekly rent is due on your check-in anniversary day
- Nightly stays are temporarily paused so we can make room for guests staying a week or longer, up to 30 days. When they return, nightly rates are due at check-in
- Late payments may incur additional fees per Idaho Code
- Receipts available through Gearco portal or at the office
